Company vision
We, at Memar Company, proceed in our work from a vision based on a deep analysis of the reality of the construction and real estate market in Syria, which is characterized by the presence of enormous investment opportunities, especially after the years of war and the great destruction it left in the various Syrian cities and towns, and the consequent necessity and inevitability of the existence of various activities Engineering with all its specializations and branches, in addition to the many professions required by the reconstruction process in Syria.
Which makes the orientation of our company (Memar Company) to be the future nucleus of a real estate development company, an ambitious and economically and socially feasible matter through contribution and practical influence in all details related to real estate development, starting with the legal environment governing through studies of the infrastructure, which are based on scientific and technical foundations and standards. The organizational structure of the company:
This department consists of an administrative team consisting of architects, building engineers and specialists in all areas necessary for engineering management, each according to its sector. They follow the appropriate progress of projects in terms of technical point of view and timeline. It also facilitates the work of implementing engineers, provides immediate solutions to all problems, if any, and informs management of progress on those projects on a periodic and daily basis.
This department consists of a group of qualified architects. The location of this department is located at the company’s headquarters. Its tasks are distributed around providing proposed architectural designs for all projects, in coordination with customers and project managers according to the best specifications. In addition to providing engineering advice to customers. They then submit all designs and executive details and submit them to the implementation engineers within the workshops to make the required adjustments in a timely manner.
This department consists of structural engineers who work to provide all the structural studies required for projects, construction proposals for emergencies during implementation or to provide our expertise in the fields of building reinforcement and other architectural construction specialties for buildings.
This department consists of many engineers with different disciplines who supervise the field implementation of projects on a daily basis, inform project managers of all developments and problems, find immediate solutions to them, organize workshop books for all works, and submit daily requests for workshops to the Procurement Department. In addition to correcting the work of the workshops and addressing their shortcomings and taking into account the company’s management of all developments that occur within the workshops on a daily basis from the administrative systems prepared for this purpose.
The mission of this department is to provide immediate support to the workshops in terms of daily requirements and necessary needs, such as cement, building materials, electricity, plumbing and the like, in direct coordination with the implementation engineers to ensure that the workshops are not stopped.
The company also includes another group of administrative departments necessary to perform tasks correctly and effectively.
